“I'm typing this review following our follow-up meeting after I purchased everything she recommended-the adjustable table, chair, accessories and the whole nine yards. I realized I needed to take a better care of myself needed more information that is ACCESSIBLE (I'm Deaf and use ASL) so I contacted Ronda. The appointment was wonderful- full of information (many whys of what we shouldn't do and what we should do), didn’t feel rushed, and Ronda cares. Everything she explained makes sense, and that's the core of her business. There were a lot of measurements involved-from measuring the space to measuring myself for chair sizing, and it showed that Ronda put forth tremendous effort in ensuring I had the right measurements and the ordering and delivery was smooth (there were some kinks during the delivery but this agency takes issues seriously and would address right away!), and little assembly required (my partner did all the assembly, smile). She was and is still involved in every step of the way-from ordering to set-up to fine-tuning the adjustments of my desk, keyboard/mouse and chair and check-ins. Her service is top-notch, and I'm so happy I went with her and her agency as they make sure you're well TAKEN-CARE OF and purchases counted. “I can’t say enough about how life-changing it’s been working with Mrs. Moriarty. I am a certified sign language interpreter and I provides services virtually from my home office. My ergonomic needs are significantly different compared to those who have a typical desk job. Mrs. Moriarty met me at my home in the environment where I work to evaluate my individual needs. Her intimate knowledge of the demands on interpreters allowed her to not only assess my current workstation set-up, but she also was able to help me purchase the most beneficial office furniture to do my job. "Mrs. Moriarty, KNOWS what she is doing when it comes to making sure you can relieve terrible pain by changing up the way you work or do repetitive activities. She was truly a game changer for my ability to do my workday in and day out for hours and hours at a time.
I was suffering due to sleepless nights caused by intense sometimes shooting pain, had limited mobility and was truly experiencing a loss of quality of life because my left arm all the way from my fingertips up to my shoulder blades was in tingling/on and off numb/ and offered me limited movement. I went to a specialist, did months of physical therapy and was finding little to no relief. The doctor was recommending surgery on the cervical area of my spine; I was distraught to say the least.
Ronda came into my office, listened attentively to my daily routine and made note of what kind of pain and limitations I was experiencing. Within an hour she changed around my computer station, chair adjustment and work area. She gave me explanations for what she was doing, advised me on best practices as I worked and made sure I knew I could reach out to her with questions. The next day I worked all day with this new configuration, and I noted a marked decrease in issues. Within 48 hours I was no longer experiencing numbness in my fingers, shooting pain down my arm, and even better I could sleep on my left side again without issue. Within a week I forgot how uncomfortable I had been and all due to making my workstation that I am at for over 8 hours a day an ergonomically stable area.
